How long will my carpets, upholstery or furnishings take to dry?
This is a difficult one to answer as the drying times will depend on a number of variables.  Most carpets will be dry within 1-2 hours. On the day that we clean we will advise you on the drying times to expect and give professional tips on the best ways to aid quicker drying.
Do you charge per hour or per job?
We do not charge by the hour.
Before we do anything we will provide you with a fixed price and that is all you pay.
Will I have to remove my furniture from the rooms for carpet cleaning services?
No. We typically will move sofas, etc. against one wall of the room while we clean and then move them back to finish the rest of the room. However, we do ask that you try to remove small items (e.g. Small coffee tables, lamps, etc.).
Are you fully trained?
Yes, We are fully trained by the highly recognised National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA), Pro-Chem Europe and TACCA.
Certification can be produced on request.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have fully comprehensive insurance and certificates can be produced on request.
